Refunds
We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Because our products are made to your specifications, the 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases doesn't apply to them.
Measurements
If you supplied the measurements, you're responsible for their accuracy. We can't refund a net made to the dimensions you gave us, so please double-check them before accepting your quote.
If we measured on site, we're responsible for getting the dimensions right.
Modern Look Self-Installation Orders
Being unable to install the net yourself, or not being happy with the tension or fit you achieve, isn't grounds for a refund. Please read our installation guide before ordering, and see Modern look self-installation orders in our Warranty Policy.
Defective or Not As Ordered
If your product is defective or doesn't match the specifications you ordered, we'll put it right under our Warranty Policy.
