Services and Product Scope
Lux Nets offers:
On-site deck net hammock installations
Supply-only nets and materials
Pre-built deck net hammocks with framing
All services are subject to site suitability, structural soundness, and safety requirements. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not meet our standards.
Orders, Quotes & Minimum Net Requirements
Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may be revised after site assessment.
Minimum quantities may apply for on-site commercial installations.
If minimums are not met, you may purchase pre-built frames, proceed with self-installation, or request a case-by-case review.
An order is only confirmed once we have accepted it in writing and payment terms are met.
Pricing, Payment & Currency
All pricing is listed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless stated otherwise. Due to material and labour cost fluctuations, prices may not always be up to date - contact us for accurate pricing for your project.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank fees.
Payment terms (e.g. deposits, progress payments, final settlement) will be specified in your quote. Failure to pay may delay or cancel services.
Installation Responsibilities & Limitations
By engaging us for installation, you acknowledge:
The property must be structurally suitable for net installation.
Any required building approvals, landlord permissions, or engineering certifications are your responsibility unless explicitly included in the quote.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues.
Misuse of nets (e.g. overloading, improper anchoring after modification) voids any warranty or liability on our part.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, product descriptions, and branding on the Site belong to Lux Nets.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our content commercially without written permission.

Misuse or overloading of nets
Alterations made after installation
Failure to follow upkeep or maintenance guidelines
Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client
Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
Because our products are custom or made-to-measure:
Cancellations are not permitted once payment has been received.
No refunds for custom-made items unless defective.
If installation dates must move due to property readiness, new dates will be scheduled subject to availability. Charges may be incurred.
Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
